Vicky Williams is the French Horn Section Leader. She has been a member of the ensemble since 1985.

Vicky graduated from Columbia Central HS in 1984 where she was a 3-year All-State Band member. She received a Bachelor of Music degree from MTSU in 1988 and a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix in 2004. Throughout her schooling she played in wind ensembles, orchestras, woodwind quintets, and horn ensembles. She continues playing today in the Tennessee Valley Winds as well as the Tennessee Valley Brass Quintet. She is a former member of the Nashville Wind Ensemble.

This is her 21st year as a band director, currently at Mt. Juliet Middle School. She has also taught at Mt. Juliet High School and South Junior High School in Franklin County. She is a member of the Delta Omicron Professional Music Fraternity, MENC, TMEA, and MTSBOA. She has been selected to Who's Who Among American Teachers on 6 occasions and Who's Who of American Women for 2 years.
