Kelly Medford currently serves as director of bands for the Eagleville School K-12 band program in the Rutherford County school district, and has taught in Tennessee public schools for over 15 years. Mrs. Medford adjudicates and instructs field commander, marching, and music captions throughout the region and in 1999 co-founded the Positive Performance Concepts marching band leadership clinic (www.positiveconcepts.org). She has guest conducted honor concert bands throughout the state from the beginning to high school honor band levels including the Tennessee Valley Winds adult community band and the WTSBOA Junior High Band. Mrs. Medford holds membership with various music organizations including MENC, TMEA, and MTSBOA.
